Fraulein German Meats and Sweets — Restaurant in Plains Township

This is a food truck that is typically located near Danko's Fitness in Plains. But on this day I was fortunate that they were parked outside my place of employment! This was my first time trying the food. The menu has so many amazing German food choices, including Schnitzel and all kinds of wurst and fries. I had a hard time deciding what to try first! I decided to go with the Krainerwurst, which came with sauerkraut and mustard. the sauerkraut was on the side, which I appreciated since I was driving home before digging in so the bun didn't get soggy. The Krainerwurst was amazing! It was perfectly cooked with the snap of the skin as you bite in, and all of the flavors of the sauerkraut and delicious German mustard came together perfectly.
