Lucky House Mystical Store — Local services in Plantation

Been coming here for years. Recently I got purchased a reverse oil that wasn’t an oil at all. It was wet and smelled like alcohol. I used it on my candle and the candle almost exploded and went out. I’ve spent thousands in this store. Been coming here for years. Never returned anything. When I brought the items back I was told that I would need to pay the difference of $3 which is no problem but why when the oil was defective and the fault of your store? Also when I come in I’m always stared at it’s just uncomfortable and weird. I never said anything about it but my bestfriend and nephew has recently noticed it and complained to me. Also the manager who I thought was cool never came out the back to speak to me about the products but called the young lady that works at the front when she saw me on the camera which I found even more weird. Not going there again. I should’ve stopped when I asked to get a reading from the owner and the owner told me that demons sleep with me at night and that nothing good would happen in my life and that I had enemies. I’m such a positive person that I ignored it and nothing but amazing things have been happening since. Anyway God bless you guys but definitely taking my money somewhere else.

Beautiful store, a HUGE selection of rocks from inexpensive to stuff you could carve a sink out of. It is seriously a beautiful place, so much you could spend hours on end there. Why the 3 star review then? We have visited a lot of shops in the past 4 days and there seems to be a common thread among a lot of them, there sales associates are totally preoccupied with their phones or themselves and are annoyed when they are "bothered" by customers. With the nature of these businesses in mind, you would think you would hire friendly somewhat knowledgeable staff, but I guess like any other business you just need bodies to open the store... I get it, it's a retail store, but I would guess the customer base in general shopping at a store like this would be paying attention to the energy in the room as well as the products. Great store, great products; just make sure you know exactly what you're looking for before you walk in that door and be sure and cleanse what ever you take from there as soon as you hit your home (this should be common practice but if you didn't know that, there is your free tip for the day lol). If I'm in the area I will for sure stop by here again to check the inventory but I wouldn't be sending anyone there for advice or anything of that nature....

I honestly love this store, they are so professional, so attentive , very respectful and make sure to help you as soon as you walk in. The prices are great, the bath are amazin once you walk in you feel such an a great energy, the vibes from the store is amazing! There is a little of everything you would be looking for. There spiritual consultations are beyond what I could explain, they are mind blowing they are a must. If you are looking for help in anything spiritual this is the place to go to. If you are looking just for crystals you can also find many different rare rocks there that’s are use for different things. There Is a lot of things from what you can choose from that you will leave the store in disbelief when you walk in and see all the unique pieces they have that aren’t really found in other places. From there consultations, to there candles, bracelets, chains, oils, crystals, wall with Egyptian statues such as cleopatra, Pharos etc... you Will leave amazed but specially not empty handed because there is something there to help you and out with anything you have going on. I enjoyed how pleasant and courteous they were I know...
