the manager Jax was extremely unprofessional and rude. we had called beforehand to let them know we were being in a big group, but she still made a comment when she walked in about there being too many of us. While we were shopping she hovered, and even accused our group of removing a tag off of a ring and taking it. said ring was on the display counter right in front of her. she was pretty rude to her coworking who was working the register. as we were checking out she made a point to count how many rings were missing and announced to us she will be counting how much are paid for. after leaving she contacted us again, claiming that we were extremely disruptive and rude, as well as accused us of stealing, saying that she had all of us on camera. we are all very respectful honest people and love to support small businesses. We have heard very good things about this shop and the owner Michael but are not impressed by the management. extremely argumentative and couldn’t talk on the phone without interrupting and yelling at us. will not...

I’ve stopped by this shop a few times over the years to browse their crystal selection and have had mostly positive interactions with the staff. However, on my most recent visit, I noticed that some of the tarot decks they’re selling appear to be counterfeits. Authentic tarot decks typically do not come with just a QR code/digital guidebook, this is a common red flag for bootlegs. Please consider supporting the original creators of these decks instead!! They put so much heart and energy into their work, and it deserves to be honored.

Edit: Just to clarify, many counterfeit decks are mislabeled as “pocket editions” to excuse missing guidebooks, poor print quality, and lack of creator attribution. Authentic pocket versions from official publishers still credit the artist and often include a printed guide. I hope the shop can look into this more closely and ensure they’re supporting...

HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend The Crystal Ray. I love this place and I can’t say enough good things about it. Everytime I come in, it always finds a way to amaze me. This place is incredibly magical. The moment you walk in, you just feel this calm, positive amd welcoming energy.

Not to mention the people who work here are highly intuitive. The owner (Jax) has helped me alot in my spiritual journey and because of her advice I am where I am today. Not to mention the amount of effort she has put into The Crystal Ray alone just shows how much she cares about her shop and how much she can use it help others who are in need.
