Me & my family had an amazing time. Comfortable & fun environment, Great burgers & snacks, staff was polite, smiling. My only issue after being there a little over 4 hours and spending $300, was that we ordered a bucket of beer and asked to have it dressed but we're told they didn't do that but could offer salt but the salt we were given was at least 4 to 5 pinches of salt, totally not enough for the bucket of beer. Then towards the last hour of being there a couple came in, a regular to the business but no matter if the business has regulars or once in awhile customers EVERYONE should be TREATED THE SAME, well the gentleman placed an order for beer for him & spouse and was asked by waitress, if he'd LIKE IT BEER DRESSED. Which both I and another family member overheard, Hell, she yelled it out loud enough to where everyone heard her. So My question, why were they so special to be asked if they'd like their beer dressed and my family wasn't?...

The staff was not friendly, especially considering it was really just us and a group of people from the retirement home. We went during a slow time.

The lady seemed annoyed when I asked questions and when we requested bumpers for the kids. The lane had bumpers up the entire game because we had already annoyed the front desk lady when we inquired about them.

Price per game is just as expensive as a large city bowling alley. The balls were old, some cracked. Half of the pins would fall when they would reset. The women's bathroom was dirty.

I love supporting small businesses but don't think we will be returning. For just under $60, the 4 of us played 2 rounds. I was sticker shocked to see how much we paid for a mediocre experience. Thr place has potential but doesn't seem be be a priority for the owners by thr...

Went last night, were put on lane 1. The lane kept breaking down and we would have to wait for the lanes to reset. Never made a big issue we would just walk to counter and girl would reset however several times we had to wait while they check in other customers again we never complained just made the best of it. However you are only given an hour time limit. We were on our last frame and the time ran out we ask nicely if we could just finish our last frame given the fact a lot of our time was wasted waiting for the lanes to reset set. They declined for us to finish and stated we would have to pay additional 30 to pay for another hour. We just left.
