Traveling through, my husband misplaced his wallet at this travel station after making a purchase at Auntie Anne’s only. We stopped at the next travel station on our route, which gave us a number to see if anyone had found the wallet. The woman who answered was very rude from minute one, not giving a name conveniently. When we called back a short time later, she again answered and, instead of even listening to why we were calling (we wanted to ask to be connected to the auntie Anne’s or have the worker there specifically asked if they had seen the wallet), she stated, “this is the second call I’ve received from this number and I already checked no one has seen it”. When I said, did you happen to check with auntie Anne’s because that’s the only place he went, she would not confirm, just copped an even bigger attitude. Incredible to me that she is not busy (clearly she remembered a phone number that had called her 10+ minutes before ), but could be so rude when a wallet is obviously a big...
Read moreThe place is usually pretty dirty. The restrooms were out of toilet paper and a gentleman was in there filling them because someone had to ask. Tried to get something to eat the lady at auntie Anne's was not making any more food at 530 at night. There were 3 cups of pretzels for a selection. The gentleman at Burger King was very rude and was not helping anyone order and told everyone they had to order at the kiosk whether you had a question or not he was not answering he was too busy talking to the pretzel lady. I stop here often it's on my way home from work as I take the turnpike every day. It's very sad that this place never has food and that the service is horrible I never usually eat here this is probably my second time in over 5 years I'll go up to the counter and see they have nothing I don't understand why they don't make food and the service is horrible. It's easier to get food at the 711 that it is at a Burger King or...
Read moreClean bathrooms, ample parking, a 7-11, Burger King and a Starbucks as well. My GF had stopped here because she was having a hard time keeping herself awake on her way home. I ended up driving to her, from our place a few hours away so she wasn't by herself at 2am in her car. I knew she needed sleep, not just a quick nap. We both ended up falling asleep for over 8 hours! There is a woman who works at the 7-11 who was so kind and thoughtful that she checked on my GF before I got there to make sure she was ok... then again that next morning before we took off for home. On the flip side, the heavy set guy with holes in his ears who worked the night shift was an a$$. Charged my gf for a cup of ice...2.79! She wasn't charged for a cup of ice 10 hours prior, to which he responded, "Well I'm charging you, you're paying for the cup." He reminded me of the lazy store clerk from Beavis...
