Starbucks — Restaurant in Plum

First time ever I've got a situation with Starbucks in my 19 years of long haul trucking all over North American continent and Europe travels. April 25 2019 at 1100 . Ordered oatmeal with milk(mention twice it's a milk not water)…large coffee with no room for cream (guy servin the counter asked me to leave or not room for it)and a cheese danish. Got my coffee and went to the stand where all those sugars and milk with cream are while waiting for the rest of my order. Find out that stand run out of sugar asked the attendant twice for it . His reply was there is a sugar in your bag (oatmeal). Had to tell him third time there is no sugar for my coffee. Mind you i was the only customer other then one guy after me with some small order like a 🍩 or danish.So finally after three times of asking he managed to get out of counter to fix an sugar shortage. By the way he made it look like it was some serious heavy lifting and not drawer opening. So finally I've got to open my coffee cap to find out two inches space left even though i replied no room for cream. fine i didn't wanna talk to him any more but just out of curiosity checked bon the only half and half what was on the stand and it was completely empty. Fine. Proceed on my way just to find out later my oatmeal was made with WATER. Isn't it funny ? All of my order was made wrong like i was talking backwards to him. Looks like someone is being forced to work right? Again very unexpected from attitude...

Ok so I’m on a 6 hour road trip and just need some coffee as most people might.. well I had my Gold Card for Starbucks and asked the lady A to please load the total amount into the the Gold Card ( so I get points) she didn’t know how so she had some other girl lady B to show her how to do it and after a good 2 minutes she gave me a receipt and said ok there’s your receipt for the Gold Card then a moment later proceeded to tell me that the transaction did not go through so I replied with “ that’s fine I’ll just pay without the Gold Card because I have a 6 hour drive and I don’t have much time” Lady A and Lady B are still messing with my Gold Card and my coffe meanwhile is ready and then some man who works there gave his Gold Card and said I’ll get it for you.. I said “ Thanks but I just would like to pay and leave please because I have a long drive ahead of me” so I asked Lady A for my Gold Card back and Lady B says “ are you sure ?” I replied “ Yes!! “ a little bluntly because I’ve been saying I want to leave and then Lady B throws my Gold Card at me!! She then walked to back and as she said she nasty comments about me! To top it off the manger saw this and said he talked to her and I said I would like an apology from her and he didn’t...

There were six workers and only one was working on drinks while the others grouped together talking about break timings. It seemed as if my order was forgotten because the people who had ordered after me had gotten their drinks but I did not. When I finally got my order it was all wrong I ordered a horchata latte with vanilla cold foam and whole milk and got a horchata oat milk shaken espresso without cold foam I don't usually drink oat milk because of the health affects so drinking this coffee has a risk that I did not pay for also I paid extra for that cold foam but they took so long in making my order that I didn't have time to get my order fixed considering this particular Starbucks was in a travel plaza with people stopping by for quick stops before getting back to their journeys your would think this location would run a bit faster. As a sidenote I overheard two people telling the baristas of prior bad experiences at this particular Starbucks. Overall very disappointed 😞 😢 I was really looking forward to my drink for my long journey ahead of this...
