Burger King — Restaurant in Plum

A year ago I left a good review, but this place has tanked. It's clear the franchisee couldn't care less about the customers.

They only offer about ¼ of the regular Burger King menu now. The food was Luke warm, which was about on par with the service. You order via a digital kiosk now unless you're paying cash. You can't even order a drink without ordering a combo meal of some kind, they just won't even let you.

They also have it in their contract that 7-Eleven is not allowed to offer warm food products (like roller grill items). So not only does this dumpster fire of a location bring down Burger King's reputation in general, they're also trying their damnedest to drag 7-Eleven...

Wish I could review with 0 stars. I visited here on 11/16/21 at 11a.m and that manager Sonya or Tonya whoever she is has a very very bad attitude. Every item out of 6 was cold! The drinks are supposed to be! As a truckers wife, we can't turn around on the dime to replace extremely cold food. I called back to just have it replaced as we come through here often. She told me the only thing she could do was refund it and can't do that unless I come back. When I proceeded to ask for corporates number she hung up in my face and then wouldn't answer. I had to call through 7/11 in order to get info. I will never purchase food from here again.. should've checked...

I had to ask for a different cup because the cashier put her bare hands over and around the rim of my cup. Then I went to make my coffee. The coffee was disgusting so I just piled sugar into my cup because I needed it as I still had an 8 hour drive. When I got my food the hash browns were barely warm and I could smell my bacon egg and cheese croissant through the wrapper. The eggs smelled awful. The sandwich was thrown together and smashed. The croissant was soggy. It was the kind of food that makes you sick immediately after you eat, so I just opted to eat the bacon and threw the rest away. $10 for...
