Amador County Fairgrounds — Local services in Plymouth

It wasn't what I was expecting at all. Corn dog was gross didn't finish it, the soda that I got was terrible, prob tasted like those wax cups. The 1st thing we did when we got to fair was.... I thought it was a fun house. That is the least of it. Only a short maze of clear glass maze and then 4 or 5 wacky mirrors and then u go down a slide. Terrible. It was both of my daughters 1st fair and it wasn't even great. Another bad thing was we were at the rope ladder that u have to climb and not let it twist u off. While I did it the carnie said that oh I wouldn't make it, it took home wks to learn how to do and then he said watch this and then jumped on air thing to try to make me fall. In the end I made it to top and the guy said that I did not get prize. Anyways while I was waiting on daughter I put my hand up on canopy and got a hook stuck through me finger. I had to pull it out and it was bleeding and around wounded rea it was getting hard. I was really freaked out cause who knows what is on those hooks. The lady at office really wasn't too concerned but finally I was refered to the other office for the games. He said that he would talk to carnie and then got us1 of the prizes. 1st place. Bigger than my daughter. So...

I've been to your fair and rodeo several times. Mostly love what you do. I realize that your contestants are not Vegas finals material but, last night (2022) was the worst quality competitors that I've ever seen you have. It looked more like high school practice bulls and broncos than professionals. I've went from seeing the great One Armed Bandit show at your event, to this guy last night from Alabama that had no entertainment value at all. You had a sold out crowd so you purses for each event should have been good enough to pull in a better level of competitor. Your crowds are very knowledgeable about rodeo and deserve better. Don't lose...

We were there for an AKC B Match, so I can't speak to the whole fairgrounds, just the area we were in.

Very clean. Grounds seem well maintained during the non-fair time. Easy to see the first entrance from the road, but not the entrance we took. Yet it was easy enough to find. Just the next gate.

Restroom was clean, first thing in the morning, but by late afternoon it was nasty. Another group was there, having a party.

There were no handicap parking spaces at our particular location, however none needed for the event we attended, as everyone parked next to the covered...
