One of my top 4 pickleball clubs in the twin cities. There's a lot it gets right - high ceilings, good court surfaces (paint doesn't rub onto your shoes), nice fencing with removable barriers at court entrances, friendly staff, dedicated changing rooms and clean restrooms, a ton of courts and the climate is comfortable. There are even bleachers to watch one of the courts.
Location is alright. It's in the middle of an industrial complex. Its not too far from the highway, so I'll give it that.
Couple misses - the orientation of some of the courts isn't great. They're pointed towards a window or the giant TV. Very distracting. Also, the ceiling lights are pointed straight down rather than upwards. Really hard to see when it gets in your eye. There isn't much space between the courts and the walkways are super slick. The entrances to the courts can be confusing. For now, the ceiling is made out of corrugated sheet metal. The echo isn't as bad as Le Dome, but it can get pretty loud in here.
Not deal breakers. I'd still...
Read morePure Pickleball Club is hands down one of the best pickleball facilities I’ve played at! The atmosphere is incredible—welcoming, energetic, and perfect for players of all levels. The staff is fantastic—super friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help with anything you need.
The quality of the courts is top-notch, with a smooth, consistent surface that makes for great gameplay. The lighting is excellent, ensuring perfect visibility no matter the time of day. And the sheer number of courts is amazing—there’s always space to play, whether you’re dropping in for open play or participating in one of their well-organized programs.
If you're looking for a premier pickleball experience, this is the place to be. Highly recommend...
Read moreGreat experience! Found a fun group of people at intermediate open play. Get ready to lob - the ceiling clearance is massive. The court surfaces have great grip and I agree with Rasikanand - the (new!) paint didn't even rub off on my shoes. I thought the lighting was fine, didn't bother me. My only issue was that the clearance on the sides of the courts is too tight. I had to let a few balls go because I couldn't run over far enough without running into a fence. If you're good enough to pull of ATPs, you'll be disappointed at the clearance (but for most of us, it's probably fine). The clearance behind the baseline was...
