Anchor Paper Express — Local services in Plymouth

Ordered and paid in advance to pick-up at Plymouth location (Roseville is closed and pick-up from the St. Paul location isn't possible). The person with whom I spoke on the phone said I could stop in today to get my order. When I went in to pick up the order, I saw the sign about limited capacity and there was an empty basket at the counter, so I entered. Before I could step through the door, an employee rudely screamed "Go back outside!" I told her I was only picking up a paid order and have no desire to shop. She looked at me as if she'd never heard of such a thing. I waited outside, then she brought out the order and thrust it at me. The women gathered behind me saw her and asked, "What's wrong with her?" as she pivoted back into the store ignoring the others still waiting outside. I realize life isn't easy these days. However, verbal aggresion without cause is exceptionally poor...

Three years ago we had wonderful help creating my brothers wedding invitations that we went back again expecting the same help for designing my next brothers wedding invitations. Not this time. It was complete opposite. First I asked for some suggestions on making invitations and the worker told me to go on Pinterest. Then after finding finding a couple of things I got in line to check out. I was standing next to the counter for about 5 minutes waiting for the clerk to finish up with another customer. After five minutes have passed the customer asked for help finding something and the worker walked away leaving me standing with no acknowledgement or saying “I’ll be with you shortly”. This place is such a hidden gem! I went there for paper, large sheets of beautiful paper. Uhhhh... I got some of that, too :) All things paper crafting and ribbon can be found in this crafters dreamland. The staff was helpful, the quality of the paper is excellent (and I'm snobby about such things) and my only real complaint is that I can't have everything in the store... because I'd really like to. I got ribbon for Easter baskets for the kiddos, and maybe a few yards of silk ribbon for myself... Easter is...
