I'd first like to say that I think the staff at this business is very friendly, and that the quality of the products are decent. With that said, I wish I would have purchased my mattress from a company that has in-home-trials. Nectar let's you try for an entire year, and most other places let you try 90-180 nights. After spending a few hours at the store, laying on all the mattresses, I decided that I liked two. The eurotop and the memory foam hybrid. I ended up going with the eurotop, as I felt it was soft, and I read that mattresses break in after awhile and get softer. Well, once I got it home and slept on it the 1st night, I knew I had made a mistake. It was so hard, and did not feel like the mattress I tried at the store. I read back through the contract I signed, and it said "all sales are final." So, I figured I would give it time to see if it would break in more. It never did, and seems to be getting worse. I wake up exhausted, and I toss and turn all night. I like to sleep on my side, but it's impossible with this bed. My hips, back, and ribs hurt every morning. I even have a really expensive pillow top cover I put on the bed to protect the warranty, and it does not help. I guess you live and learn. The next mattress I get will have an...

UPDATE: I took the review from a 5 star to a 3 because we purchased a couch and asked to pay for the pillows but the assistant (owner or owner's wife)🤷‍♀️ said they came with the couch. Upon pickup we asked again to make sure the pillows were in the box with the couch. She said they were. Upon opening the box, we noticed there weren't any pillows. I called, and the owner I informed me that those pillows did not come with the couch and that she was wrong. I explained I asked to buy them at the sale. She told me not to. He wouldn't budge. I have no intention of returning. They lost a customer over 2 couch pillows.

Would avoid this business at all cost people seemed friendly and probably are but their products are cheap and try to take advantage of the good people in Pocatello and Chubbuck bed frame broke and he offered me half the price for return that's not how to do good business don't forget people if you have receipt and are within 7 days can take anything back for full refunds update all the beds that I purchase and Frames box springs broke after a month and had to repurchase all brand new beds and box springs from a more responsible business don't be fooled by the fake good reviews they're only out to milk you...
