This is a great food truck to grab some interesting and delicious food, drinks and snacks. The owner alternates locations between across the street from the Casino at the Shoban Museum (also worth a visit) on Wednesdays from 12-5, and Pocatello and Blackfoot with hours from 12-7. I got the smothered tamales and an aqua fresca for $10.50 and tried an Ube Horchata which was delicious. The three tamales were green Chile and pork with just the right amount of heat and topped with avocado cream, lettuce and tomato and it was very good.
