Second time going here after new management took over. Same operator both times. The first time, I chalked the lumpy finish of my nails up to the type of polish I chose because it took 3 coats to cover. This time, however, it was only the normal 2 coats. I came for a simple fill in. I did not opt for a cut down. The operator repeatedly tore at my skin with the dremel, each nail is shaped differently and the surface is lumpy. Services today cost $40 before tip. I do NOT recommend going here unless you can have John do your nails. Horrible!!!! My sister took my daughter to get her nails done and a man did my daughter nails was rude as hell… he did a horrible job on her nails and then when my sister told him the nails look bad he refuse to give her the money back or fix them . The guy called the police on her and the police officer told her because my daughter paid for her services it was nothing they can do. Did not have a good experience here. Sloppy job, painted over my cuticles, cut my nails all uneven and only used a rough file, so now my nails are really rough and scratchy. I had to file them when I got home. Could have done a better job myself. Plus, the place was quite dirty. There was nail polish stains all over the appliances, old nails on the towel, poor little fish in a super dirty aquarium.
