I stopped in to take a preliminary look at kitchen appliances for a renovation and a new washer and dryer. The salesman wouldn’t give me opportunity to speak for myself and tell him about what I need and what I am looking for. He cut me off almost every time I had a question. Additionally, many of his first points were negative points about products or brands.

The first thing he had to say about built in ovens was that they were 40% more expensive and implied it wasn’t worth it. Well, I need a built in oven given how small my space is and would be willing to pay for it!

My dryer stopped working. I was told I could get a replacement part at H&H and the staff was so friendly. I got the part and was on my way. I thought I fixed my dryer but it still didn't work. I went back the next day, literally like 8 minutes before they closed. Still, they were friendly and helpful. I felt so bad I know they wanted to go home, but I need my dryer. The guy in the appliance department listened to my dilemma and started to draw me a diagram on how to fix what I had did wrong. I did exactly what he told me and my dryer works now! So grateful. I visited this store for the first time last week. What a wonderful shopping experience , I was able to walk around the store and shop without anyone bothering me. I purchased three rooms of furniture that day and it was delivered on Friday. What a wonderful group of people nice and friendly. This will be the only store I will shop at moving forward!!!
