White Dragon Comics — Local services in Pocono Township

I ordered from them last week and as a few other people have expressed, stay away from this shop. I am currently waiting on them to reply because they listed a comic book, 1st printing and shipped me the second printing. The first email response was the guy Jake Kleber giving me a unnecessary definition between 1st and 2nd printing and 1st and 2nd edition (i never mentioned editions) and how the 2nd printing was worth more than the 1st printing because it was a lower print run. It's not the book I ordered, but it was the only one they had. Instead of calling me, emailing me or canceling my order like 99% other stores/websites do, they just sent the wrong book. Now I have replied and asked them to fix the issue or refund me original cost + shipping the comic back. I will edit this message if they fix their business with me, I wouldn't call it a mistake because they purposefully sent the incorrect book. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Update!! As stated above I promised to edit my message if they fix the issue. After a 45 minute conversation on the phone with the guy I finally talked him into refunding the original amount + return shipping cost since he sent me the wrong book on purpose. At the time of the initial review there were at least 4 other reviews stating this had happened to them. As he just emailed me asking me to remove/change my review on google because it's hurting his business I can only (in my eyes) safely assume he has emailed them and requested the same from them. I have not and will not order from this website ever again. I can only hope he has changed his business practices and more positive experiences will be left on g+. I am a google experience reviewer and review a lot of places all the time for google in order to give other people a fair assessment of my experience with a business. Absolutely love this place. I used to go here with my sister when I was younger and she'd always buy a few comics, of course then I didn't know much about them and such, but I always felt familiar. Looking back I really appreciated going here. I'm stopping by tomorrow I hope to check out their game selections, but I know I wont be dissapointed. If you're a fan of a welcoming environment, amazing customer service, and a step into a different world for a bit, go here. I love this place, a huge part of my childhood. I love the owner too! Jake and Barb immediately felt like old friends. Their knowledge of the endless comic book universes and story lines are amazing. They were pleased to answer any question I had with enthusiasm. Their inventory is growing (comics, vintage video games, collectibles) and their store will soon be a major competitor in the area. It took me back to see a large shelving unit behind the register with customer names written on labels filled with comics waiting to be picked up.
