Needs training for there employees for new phone set up as well as Prepaid been in several times long wait, so I called customer service to get Moto phone on Us ,and while on the phone for over an hour with sales agent I asked for the Moto phone on Us and I paid for the service and also ordered a Case for the pH that I never received instead received a phone from Assurance Wireless that I wasn't told about nor did I receive my Moto phone only Assurance Wireless and I couldn't get no one to help with this matter so I closed the account in January 2023 but found the account was still active and someone was making calls to a different country and city's and going in store to pay my payment and afterwards money still being taken out of my account for the same bill I walked in and paid so I was paying twice on my monthly bill but it wasn't showing on there computer but I have recipient of payment !! Never had so much trouble with a phone company until January 2023 I hope and pray this can be caught by the company of what is really going on...
