I would not buy furniture from the store if it was free. The manager Abel is uncaring un knowledgeable, rude and considerate and actually hung up on me. I ordered a $5000 sofa $2000 rug. The rug still has the giant pen and clip in it, and the sofa was put together it's uneven Side is fallen lower than the other and they gave me one date which is three days before Christmas and I said I'm not gonna be here. Can I get a date in January? No they couldn't give me one horrible horrible horrible customer, service, and managers forget it. If that's the best you can do for management you might as well close that store ...

Stay away from this place I worked for them as customer service representative and they are the worse as employer , a coworker stole my iPhone 13 they covered that person and fired me when I formally made the complaint with HR Paola is a lady that work for long time for Baers and she had installed cameras everywhere all the management know who stole my iPhone 13 and they fired me because I told in their face that they were able to see the recording cameras and they keep quiet , they doesn’t care about employees or clients WORSE PLACE EVER.. THINK TWICE WORK OR BUY...

Bad services , furnitures are all old and dusted up , over-priced items with chipped all over , broken parts and mishandled items… this place is a wreck no one should buy from here I wish I could give it a 0 star ratings…bad managers as well… NO ONE SHOULD...
