Our community of Sea Colony (Jupiter, FL) embarked on a significant pool renovation project in 2020. Our pool was 30 years old and the furniture looked nearly that old. We knew that we had to select beautiful furniture for both the pool area and the adjacent dining and conversation areas - to complement the work that we planned for the pool and deck. And to do that on a strict budget!

I can not begin to tell you how happy we were to find Keith Lasota and Sun & Beach Patio. We first contacted him in late 2019 to ask for a proposal for an estimated budget of set number of chairs and chaise lounges. Keith took the phone call and promptly sent me a proposal, based on our conversation. He did not hear back from me for nearly nine months, as the Community went through the approval process, drawings, etc.

When we finally contacted him again, he invited our committee down to his showroom. He spent hours with us going through all the different designs, pros and cons, and answering all our questions. We were extremely impressed with his knowledge, his patience, and his suggestions. We learned that he had flexibility to meet some of our design requests because he has a facility that fabricates all of his aluminum furniture.

After visiting the requisite 3 suppliers for information and bids, we were even more pleased with his offerings and prices. We found other companies could not meet our desire of matching designs of pool chaise lounges with dining chairs and bar chairs, and dining tables etc. And we realized that companies that resell furniture don't provide the level of information that he had. When we made the presentation to our Community Sun and Beach Beach Patio was our clear choice.

Further - he met all of his dates he provided us. And when WE could not meet the same dates with the pool completion, he stored the furniture for us another two months. The installation was fabulous - a large crew and great attention to detail of placement.

And the members of our community are thrilled! We could not be happier with our decision to work with this company, and would recommend him for projects both...

I took in two chaise lounges to have the material replaced. when I dropped off my chaise lounges I was assured that the frames would be cleaned and that the few rusted screws and the plastic caps over them would be replaced. When I picked up the chairs no one except the workers was there (the office was closed although it was the middle of a business day). I was able to get my chairs because the nice workers went and found them. The frames were filthy. Much worse than when I dropped them off. I complained and the guys broke out towels and wiped the frames down and kept saying they didn't know why "they" hadn't cleaned them. When I got the chairs home on started doing a better cleaning (like under the chairs) I realized all the rusted pieces were still there and the plastic caps were missing. Although it (the few nuts and caps) was only a few cents compared to the expensive repair I decided to go back since I had paid for and been promised a complete job. When I went back one of the nice guys spoke to me. I explained the problem and he said "oh. I don't know why "they" did that. He went off to look for the plastic caps and nuts. meanwhile the owner arrived. He explained that despite what I was promised they don't replace rusted parts unless they physically cannot reconstruct the chair without them and that they don't replace the plastic caps because they are unavailable He suggested I paint the exposed screws white.
