I came in here today 20 minutes before closing & I’ve been meaning to come & get some plants for my new home, I was super excited since they have soooo many beautiful plants… the gentleman outside Hispanic btw, very very helpful & nice! As soon as I went inside to pay the cashier her name is “Stephanie” had a whole ATTITUDE for no reason, not even a hi or did you find everything okay nothing!!!!!! I don’t know why she’s there. Girl if you’re mad or whatever just stay home. find a passion for a job but I was so disappointed with her NASTY attitude! I get we all have bad & good days but the customer service was trash. There was another guy inside with her & he had the same nasty face as her. I hope you guys find peace other than that the plants have no fault to these two nasty workers...

This place is so beautiful!!! The plants are well maintained, the property is very clean and easy to get around. Prices are fantastic!! A young woman by the name of Stephanie helped me with all my questions about my Monsteras, and even gave me some advice on soil and vitamins. I did buy a beautiful rattlesnake plant, but will be going back for all my plant wants (I spent an hour looking and couldn't make up my mind). Thank you so much because as a beginner in planting it can be very intimidating. Did I mention the prices are great, and the plants are so beautiful and healthy. BEWARE. I have bought a lot of plants at this nursery in the past. I noticed that two of the plants I bought recently were getting yellow leaves and had holes in them They got caterpillars in the first week. I already have had a plant like this for a long time. It never got caterpillars. I tried treating them myself for a week and then called Laguna and asked if I could return them. They said no. Apparently they don’t stand by their plants. They weren’t very helpful or concerned. These are new owners. I liked the previous one better. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and I never had a problem with any of the plants I bought from him over the years. I will not be going...
