Something must have changed recently. We read the great reviews and so I called on a weekday afternoon to make an appointment for 2 wks out on a Saturday. The person that answered the phone sounded pretty young but still, gave me an appt for a Saturday afternoon, took my name and even asked me what color my daughter was interested in. She told me that they didn’t have any in that color at the time, but that they did have her second choice and that there were dresses that came in the others colors that could be ordered. We showed up to the appointment excited and with some family members only to be told that we did not have an appointment ??? Seems like whoever answered the phone that day did not put us down for the appointment or they double booked us. . . Either way they did not even attempt to accommodate us nor reschedule, they took two of us to the back and after kicking some items on the floor to the side said this is what we have and started to look away and do something else. The vibe was totally off and unwelcoming. Didn’t attempt to point out dresses that come in the colors we were looking for styles she may be interested in, nothing. Definitely didn’t feel like somewhere I was going to spend money on with the treatment we were receiving. We left. I don’t know if it was the staff having a bad day or the fact that they messed up with the appointment , but it was not what we were expecting at all. Disappointed and hope it goes better for others...

So, this was the second place I went to to get my quince dress. A nice lady took me up to look at the quince dresses and they have a lot of options, all color coded! The highest size they went to was a 3x however plus size dresses were very limited and not flattering on my body. They offered to order dresses or to try some on but I was not very thrilled.
