Rudest people I have ever met in my life. Friendly doesn’t seem to be in the dictionary which is horrible for a food establishment. If this is your business I’d definitely look for new staff. I’ve tolerated the service for years because the food was half decent. Recently it’s just cheap cuts of meat that must have fallen off the back of a truck. The icing on the cake is that I’ve seen for years the staff refusing people the bathroom. They have been giving every excuse from out of order to not having one for customers. They are just rude and lie constantly. Paying customers shouldn’t have an issue using the restroom and turning away an older lady who was in obvious discomfort ultimately made me write this review. Went in on a October 3, a Friday. Wasn't busy when I walked in. There were three women working. One cutting the meat, one preparing the subs, and one that takes your payment... First off, This place is a Shack! I mean it's really tiny, so you would think that they'll greet you when u walk in the door? No! They just look at you weirdly. They all had the nastiest attitudes. None of them smiled while they spoke to you, OR while they prepared the sandwich. The one that takes your payment was okay, but the blonde and the brunette w the piercing were cold. Everyone needs a little piece of "heaven on earth". Well Di Subs is mine. I've been eating here for 3 YEARS & I can't express just how amazing their subs are. It's really the bread that makes it so delicious! It's much softer than Publix subs & less grainier than Subway's. The best part is they use Boar's Head meat! I often order the honey turkey, all around quality! The subs average about $12 for a 12 inch, trust me, they pack so much meat in the sub, two people can eat from it! It does not disappoint.
