Christy Torisk is by far the best real estate agent that I have ever had. My husband and I have sold multiple houses in different parts of the country using different agents each time. My last sale was made using Christy. I wish she had been my agent for all of my past sales. Christy knows and understands the real estate market. She skillfully managed the recent sale of my condo while dealing with a very difficult homeowners association. It was because of her guidance and support that allowed me to close the sale of my property. The homeowner’s association made multiple demands. Some of the documents and regulations that the association required for the sale were somewhat difficult to understand and challenging to fulfill. It was her patience and perseverance that allowed us to close the sale. Christy went out of her way to help me manage the paperwork for the association’s multiple demands. Whenever her phone calls to the association office were not answered, she went out of her way to visit the office personally to move things along. All the time she would constantly up-date me on her progress as she worked toward closing the sale of my property.

Christy’s suggestions and her advice about staging my home were excellent. She suggested a lot of little things to make the property more attractive to buyers. Her advertising of the property brought multiple interested buyers. I feel really fortunate to have had Christy as my agent.
