Glastop Marine and RV Furniture — Local services in Pompano Beach

First let me tell you that ordering these Lambright Lazy Relaxor Wall Hugger Recliners is not a speedy process, but that’s not the fault of Glastop. The chairs are Amish made, to order and they can’t be expedited. It is what it is. Also, we’ve been traveling since I ordered them so I could not have them shipped until after 11/1 when we would be in one location for a longer period of time.

I’ve made several calls to Glastop verifying the build and shipment, they were very helpful in keeping me informed of the process. Once the chairs were shipped I received an email with shipping information, Heather was extremely patient with my repeated calls for updates. They were released to a local shipping company who called me the day of delivery to set an appointment, called an hour or so prior and called once more to tell me he was onsite and requested someone direct him to our site. He was polite and professional, and a genuine pleasure to deal with. The chairs were fairly easy to set up (once you look more thoroughly at the instructions - back gets installed with hinges toward the back so the webbing actually fits) and they not only look fabulous but provided us with another 10+ inches of floor space. In an RV every inch gained is a bonus.

We met David Beal of Glastop at a Florida home show. What a gentleman! So friendly and patient with answering all our questions! We weren’t looking for new rv recliners UNTIL we spoke with David. We were complaining about the recliners we had; cheaply made, poor fabric, didn’t match the other fabric in the RV and overall unhappy with them. He explained how his chairs were different from those at the RV stores. Amish workmanship, quality fabrics and they stand behind their products with a warranty. We were seriously considering purchasing what was our 3rd set living room furniture only after speaking with David. What convinced us was that Glastop could match our original fabric EXACTLY! The set we got from the big RV supply store didn’t even come close! The options, accessories and colors from Glastop, that were available to us, was too many to mention!

I have to say, I am reclining in our New Glastop recliners with center console right now and they are worth every penny!! The quality is FAR SUPERIOR to everything else! I wished I found Glastop 2 sets ago!!

We ordered and took delivery of two Flexsteel sleeper sofa's a number of years ago for the RV we had then. The selection and ordering process was efficient and pleasant with all questions, etc. easily handled by Glastop's knowledgeable staff. Upholstery samples were promptly sent for final verification before ordering. Heather, Peter & David were great to work with and kept us informed all throughout the factory manufacturing phase. The sofa's were perfect in every way and exactly what we wanted. Job well done!!!

Well, to make a long story short, the RV was eventually upgraded and the sleeper sofa in the new RV just doesn't measure up to Flexsteel's quality and feel. Our experience last time with Glastop was excellent so we're here again to get professional help from some old friends with this new adventure.
