So I went Friday place was kinda of empty only two other tables. So the food was not good I ordered a sope the waiter brought a gordita instead. So than I asked her to get it corrected so brought the sope which only had meat and beans not like they usually make it. We also ordered tacos meat had no flavor had so much onion on top. The waitress would spend her time sitting at one if the tables with the other guest that were drinking. In she was not attentive at all never came to ask if everything was ok did we need something else. So when we left she asked why didn't i eat it was like because i didn't like it. She came with the bill still charge me for the gordita that she made the the mistake on. Than she tells me you don't have to leave a tip it was my mistake. Went for Taco Tuesday and the food was middle of the road, hence the 3 starts. The part that is prompting me to write this review is that they added 18% gratuity to the meal for a party of 3 and did not say anything about it when they originally dropped the check or after they ran my credit card. I had already added a 20% tip before I noticed this and did not appreciate the auto grat at a restaurant located in the middle of Pompano (not on the beach and not in a touristy area) with no transparency.
