I had the worst experience in JCPenney, Plaza del Caribe. The customer service from employees is a disgrace. They were rude, not attentive to the customer needs is a shame. The employees were chatting and sitting down, ignoring the customers. The Salon was the worst, They give you an appointment when you get there 15 minutes early. They take another person.
