Fui con mi familia el 24 de diciembre de 2023 como es tradición para realizarnos la foto familiar. Llamo a Plaza del Caribe para preguntar hasta qué hora estaría Santa. Esta me indica que hasta la 7:00pm teníamos oportunidad. Llego al lugar desde otro pueblo bastante lejos. Una señora de cabello oscuro me indica que para que iba, le indicó que para tomarnos una foto (como hacemos todos los años). Esta me indica que no ya que luego de las 6:00pm es por reservación. Le indicó que llegue desde lejos y que había llamado para preguntar y no me habían indicado nada de eso. Hasta le indiqué que le pagaba demás para los nenes compartieran con el. Que mis niños estaban ansiosos por ver a Santa. Cuando ella mira a mi nene que comenzó a llorar por qué no le iban dejar ver a Santa me iba a decir algo y viene una señora rubia mayor muy grosera (parece que estaba de mal humor) por que gritando desde el otro lado con actitud: Estamos aquí desde tal fecha de noviembre (creo que dijo el 11/nov) por qué no viniste antes???, se levanta de la computadora y me da la espalda molesta. Me dio tanta rabia e impotencia por lo mal que nos trató la segunda persona que de verdad, solo me quedé callada le indiqué con la que estaba hablando que le pagaba demás y esta miró a la otra, bajo la mirada y me dijo que no es por eso pero que no se iba a poder.

Fue una muy mala experiencia para mis niños y para mi en noche buena gracias a la señora que nos insultó, innecesariamente. Yo solo guardé silencio. Pero la verdad que me dio mucha tristeza su mal servicio. Y en respuesta a ella, es un tradición desde que nacieron mis niños que vamos en noche buena para realizarnos la foto de navidad y es algo que ellos esperan con ilusión. Por que en ese momento? Por que salí corriendo del trabajo, llame de camino y pregunté (me indicaron que me daba tiempo y nunca me hablaron de reservación luego de cierta hora) y nos fuimos rápido para llegar a tiempo.

Gracias a la primera señora que me atendió y pues que tristeza con la segunda que comentó, necesita tomar clases de servicio al cliente por que es mediocre su actitud y más al frente de niños.
