To my surprise, every one of the soda water was charged independently, I claim the server and he said they will take two of them out of the check after discussing the issue with his manager. He explained the reason was he ordered the soda water from the bartender and the bartender explained to him that everything ordered at the bar will be charged. Read moreUna de las peores experiencias que he tenido en un restaurante. Llevé a mi madre a almorzar, y yo la llevo a donde ella quiera ir, en este caso ella quería ir a Longhorn. Fuimos el 31 de diciembre a eso de la 1PM, el restaurante estaba 2/3 lleno. La mesera nos atiende como si no quisiera estar allí. Nos deja por más de 5 minutos sin nada de tomar, pero estaba en otra mesa relajando con otra empleada. Otra mesera, que resulta ser la gerente, de apellido Zamora, nos pregunta si todo está bien. A lo cual le pregunto si yo tengo que ir a buscar el refill o que tengo que hacer para que me den algo de tomar. Mi madre pidió un Flo steak "well done", y yo un Hamburger. Mientras la gerente hablaba con nosotros, pudo ver como llegó el steak casi crudo, y en unos minutos llegó mi Hamburger con el pan quemado. A lo que le pregunto a la gerente que si como la comida recibida es aceptable y si es algo que ella se comería a lo que me contestó "No". La gerente nos dio todas las excusas posibles: Llegaron a la "meta" del día y estaba understaffed. La mesera que nos atendió era "nueva". El salón "estaba lleno". Ok, ¿y qué con la comida, el ambiente? La gerente se disculpó con nosotros, aceptó que no es el servicio que acostumbran a brindar; y se nota que ella sí le importa que se atiendan bien los clientes, pero aparentemente no le dan apoyo ya sea los mismos empleados, o a nivel corporativo. A mí no me gustan las excusas, sobre nada, de nadie; dame resultados. La gerente nos tomó nuestros teléfonos y que nos iban a llamar para no sé qué y que le diéramos la oportunidad de regresar otro día. Ya ha pasado una semana y nadie se ha comunicado, y está bien, si a Longhorn no le importa; a mí menos. Gracias por arruinar el último almuerzo con mi madre del 2023.
