Update to my review: The owner reached out to me immediately and started the process to rectify the situation. He was very concerned and wanted to make it right, which I very much appreciated! Really disappointed in my experience here, had good ratings and I was hopeful. I brought in a Rose Gold Apple Watch with a cracked screen but, still worked perfectly fine. It was an easy fix. They required full payment upfront, which I asked about and was hesitant but the guy said it’s policy. I go to pick it up and a different guy is there - hands me a completely different watch. I tell him it’s not mine. He goes back to check and tells me - ooo your watch broke when they inserted something to take the screen off. This is a new one to replace it. It’s all black, not my style at all. But, the guy acted like they were doing me a favor by giving me another watch. I never got a call about any of this nor did they show me the broken watch. How do I know if they didn’t just take my nice watch once it was fixed and gave me a crappy one. It wasn’t even charged!! So I couldn’t turn it on and see if it even worked!! I was caught off guard and had somewhere to be so didn’t stay to fight this… I don’t recommend...

I recently visited this place with hopes of getting my laptop's mouse clicker fixed. Unfortunately, my experience with the repair service left me thoroughly disappointed and frustrated.

My laptop spent over two weeks at Tech Hospital, and when I received it back, I immediately noticed that the mouse clicker had been "repaired" in a shockingly bad manner. Now the mouse clicker looks crooked and feels weird to the touch.

To make matters worse, I brought my concerns to their attention, and they mentioned that they needed to order a new part replacement to fix it properly this time. So they let me take my laptop home, and I will receive a call once they confirm the price for the part before mentioned. Long story short... They never called me back.

Overall, my experience with Tech Hospital repair service was incredibly disappointing. Their technicians failed to rectify the issue I initially brought my laptop for, and their customer service never offered a resolution to address my concerns. I strongly advise anyone seeking reliable and professional repair services to stay away from this place. Save yourself the frustration to have something...

UPDATE: I received a call directly after this review, inviting me back to figure out a solution. I brought the phone back and the tech was very accommodating and will be fixing all issues.

We came in to have the back glass replaced on an iPhone 13. We were quoted $200 plus tax, and a 2-2.5 hour turn around. I texted about the 2hour mark and got no response. It took about 3.5 hours and I feel as if it was rushed because we were waiting. The phone has adhesive residue and was not cleaned up prior to it being given to us. I think for the high cost, they should have at least cleaned it up or at the least replaced the screen protector. Which they continued to try and upsell at about $29. The staff were very nice but I feel it is over priced and the quality of the details...
