Never wanted to leave a review but this was the last time I was gonna be taken advantage of. Avocados were either so unripe that it was hard and crunchy or almost molding. This is the Baja bowl with chicken but as you can see there’s no chicken here. Looks like they straight up scooped a whole portion of this meal out. Don’t have the patience with any worker here anymore and not even to write this review. This place is repulsive. What to take away from this review is save your money and go somewhere else. This place is unprofessional and no one cares enough to do anything right here.
EDIT: Gave this place ONE more chance and it let me down harder than ever before! I bought 4 of the avocado spinach breakfast sandwiches and this is the one that looked the most…edible? I ended up eating not even one out of the four I got and I’m glad I didn’t because I feel like I wouldn’t have been okay if I even had one bite. The second photo is from 8-5-23 and it smells as disgusting as it looks. The avocado is borderline completely black it’s molded so bad. Also apparently telling them you have a dairy allergy so to please leave off the cheese means to dump an insane amount of cheese all over it. I’ve been to some really bad restaurants but never have I been given food that I would genuinely get food poisoning from. Hope the health inspector comes in soon to shut this place down. Shouldn’t have given this place ever a second chance. Disgusting place and I’m repulsed by all of it. Even the workers are just flat out mean and petty. I don’t know why I expected this place to get better and not worse. Appalling service and sickening just revolting food. I’d only recommend people going here if they wanted to spend a lot of money to just throw away...
Read moreThe opening of this Panera was a highly anticipated in our little beach town, where we don't have a lot of variety in our local food choices. Here's the good stuff: As you would expect from a brand new store that opened a few months ago, everything is clean and new inside and out. Our family was already a fan of Panera's food, which is pretty consistent in quality everywhere and the food and atmosphere are the things that earn this location any stars. Now the Bad: This Panera messes up our order EVERY TIME (6+ visits). At this point they've had enough time to get the kinks out of their workflows and train new staff members, yet somehow they have never gotten things right. I wish I could blame the Panera App or one specific person. Unfortunately this has been our experience both day and night in the drive through, with online pick-up orders as well as when dining in. Since there is software in place to track everyone's orders and a checklist for filling the customer's bag, I can only assume that the staff here just doesn't care. I'm not going to give up on Panera because we like the food, but I cannot stress enough that you need to be that person who takes EVERY item back out of the bag at the pick-up counter and confirms that the contents match your order. To be fair, they've always been good about fixing what was wrong or throwing in something extra, but it's not exactly convenient if you have a big family ready to eat dinner together at home and one of you has to drive back to Panera, wait in line, talk to a manager, wait for the food, and then drive back home....
Read moreSo I waited 15 minutes in the drive-through for one scone and one cinnamon crunch bagel just two things. Then, we finally got up to the window and they go to hand us our bags and I checked my bag and they had to have the wrong bagels in it so I told them this is the wrong order and that we did not order these bagels. So he takes it and he throws it away and he goes to get us a new one which is fine. But we had to wait another five minutes to get a toasted and sliced cinnamon crunch bagel. Which kind of irritated me because now we have waited 20 minutes in line for two things. Then since this Time they could not have possibly screwed up again. We drive and we checked a bag and see the cinnamon crunch bagel so it’s fine I go to get it out and I don’t even have any cream cheese. Note that they charge one dollar for a 1.75 ounce container of regular cream cheese. So now my bagel is cold at this point. I don’t think they even ever toasted it to begin with. So moral of the story is that the drive-through is slow the people seem inexperienced and even though the food is fresh it’s just not convenient to have to wait 20 minutes for two things and have our order...
