So I transferred from one apartment too another one. And while transferring my belongings I put a big beddding bag full too the top with my bath n body works products in the bathroom n went too finish getting my other belongings from thd other apartment I was transferring from. While I was doing this one of Elmhaven Manor Staff members went into my apartment and STOLE" A bottle of my cologne" Limited edition Salt water Sea breeze" out of my bag. And when I went too set up my stuff I noticed it missing . So when I filled out the apartment CHECK LIST. I PURPOSELY wrote at the bottom of the list" I have a signed COPY" I wrote that my Salt water Sea breeze cologne had gotten feet and walked away!! Now when reading off what needed fixing too the Staff NOT once did they adress the fact that I had written that on the list!! I would have thought Staff would have IMMEDIATELY asked what I was talking about but THEY looked at each other and DISMISSED it! Which led me too believe they were fully aware of it being STOLEN! Since it was only $20 dollars I didn't press the issue since I Didn't See or Know SPECIFICALLY who had STOLEN IT !! But I had my suspiciouions. But January 5th 2024 Ray the office Manager told me that not Emily" who I believe Stole it " took it but Kristen" who No longer works there. Litterly STOLE IT!! So office management has Known the whole time but has NEVER said anything too me or tried too Compensate me in Anyway! I'm more upset now because It has been Confirmed that Staffing litterly WALKING Into my apartment WHENEVER they feel and STEALING from me!! Also my feeling Violated of my Safety and Security of wondering Everytime I leave my apartment are they" Any and All staffers are coming into my what is supposed too be my Safe Sanctuary!! I suffer with really bad Anxiety, PTSD and Depression so now it has been Intensified too the max!!! I've had too install a Security Camera but I STILL feel...

Anyone who's in their right mind and a Ounce of common sense knows there's not supposed to be WATER on your AC filter too the point of it literally FALLING APART after taking it out to change. But Corporate at Elmhaven Manor Mary Hartman, Emily Baron staff member at Elmhaven Manor, Juan Matanince at Elmhaven Manor and Motor City HVAC Technician all says there's nothing wrong with my AC! Literally went into details of all the problems going on with my AC " the average intelligent person would know there's something Seriously Wrong with the AC" But Mary Hartman from Elmhaven Manor actually says after hearing this and States so the AC is working fine now ". I was for warned that Corporate" no matter how high up you go" they're all in Cahoots together up holding Elmhaven Manor property management no matter how detrimental it may be too one of their tenants health/well being! All Elmhaven Manor entire establishment are Clearly and Sadly soul purpose is Monetary Profit , No matter the sacrifice of a Paying Tenant " Never missed paying rent in the almost 4 years living here health and danger from living in a apartment were the AC is Leaking Freon/ frozen coils, continuous popping of motor the AC/ furnace Motor sounding like a Jet Motor entire apartment floor Vibrating/ walls and bed constant shaking and vibrating, and a CLEAR Smell of Burning Rubber/ Plastics. All theses issues even when the AC is Completely OFF! Light Bill $158 dollars for just myself, I have no cable, Internet or computer. BEWARE before considering moving into...

I have never been without power in an apartment for two days before. The manager was checking on the tenants, providing food and water plus asking if we needed anything or how were we doing. I was impressed and pleased. I like it here. It’s quiet, clean and peaceful. I have sold my home, and don’t plan on living in a house again. This place, so far is ideal for me. I still get around pretty good, and I try to be helpful to any tenants that I see, needs help. Like one tenant that couldn’t remember what apartment they lived in, they were new here. Or, when the fire alarm was going off and tenants on walkers and such were in the hallways concerned. The people here are friendly and nice. I like the guy that does the dinner meals. I especially liked the bazaar, where I bought some afghans and sweaters. I’m still working and driving. I also like the scheduled events here, such as shopping, and casino trips. They are ideal for companionship, and a way to get some air and a change of scenery. So, it’s nice to know if I needed to, or wanted to that this opportunity is available. Ok, I’m done.
