Walton’s Fresh Fish Seafood & Chicken — Restaurant in Pontiac

Two stars given for the food has potential but only if they put more into caring for the customers satisfaction than than the satisfaction of the money they make. The meat supplier used is the most smallest wings I’ve yet to ever see in a you buy we fry type restaurant. Using wings this thin causes the chicken to become hard once cooked at temperature. My family place an order too much disappointment for the money was spent gave our personal opinion on our experience. The store reached out and offered to redo the order for a discount. We gave them a second chance to no avail it was as an even worse experience. They charge us full price for the order and when we called back to ask about it we were told all we asked for extra was some tarter sauce and hot sauce!?! Okay whatever makes no sense condiments are free but okay. Once home again we see overcook baby chicken wings and onion rings that made me nauseous just smelling them. So we call them and they’re solution is recooking it at the same discount price!?! We paid full price so no thanks. The place has potential but only if they change the supply of the meat and due some customer service revamp. OTHER WISE SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSE WHERE THERE OTHER YOU BUY WE FRY RIGHT NEAR THAT’S WAY...

Omg!! They HOOK ME UP EVERYTIME I GO THERE! I am Not even from Michigan, Pontiac or anywhere here.I am from San Diego California. I have been in and OUT of the hospital 🏥 4 times since I have moved..only 1 year ago.I went there a couple of weeks ago.1st time I walked in with my cane, they offered for me to sit down to take my order. I ordered what my friend ordered It was🍋 lemon Pepperd chicken wings, frieS and a soda FOR reasonable prices, ESPECIALLY for UNDER $15.00 SEAFOOD...Ouuuweee I got the Fish.Red snapped Fresh out if their window .There was only a tiny line building but the more I sat the more ppl came to order and waited as there are No tables to sit on..SO be prepared to stand ( worth the wait ) or sit in your car and go in and GET IT! I asked for fresh Lemon for my fish! I am Italian and Portuguese bmy father a Tuna FISHERMAN way out in Samoa Both Islands put lemon on Everything seafood lol He said we have fresh HOT SAUCE ( awesome) , also plenty of tarter sauce, and because zit was my 1st time there?? He GAVE ME THE SQUEEZE bottle of Kemon FOR FREE! NOW?? THAT IS CUSTOMER...

So my boyfriend and I ordered from here tonight. Picked up as usual, drove home. My boyfriend’s order was fine. But mine was a mess. Ordered a #11, 3 pc fish, 3 full chicken wings, 10 shrimp. Noticed that it was only 2 piece of fish and no shrimp. Drove back told the man that ringed us up about it, looked at me and asked what do you want after having explained by showing him the food I got and comparing it to what it says on the menu and explaining what’s missing. Told him we wanted the food and said ok. Was then telling us to go home and come back in 15 it’ll be ready. We decided to stay and wait in the car. Went in to get it, said he forgot!! And then we had to continue waiting. This time my boyfriend stayed inside waiting. At no point there was no apology, not even the disingenuous customer service apology. Nothing! Food is good, but customer service is trash. Took close to TWO hours since originally placing order to get the full order. We’ve been going there for years. Always has been a nice experience, but this was just really bad. Will not be ever...
