Absolutely do not deal with these people. First scheduled pickup was a no show. They just left after picking up furniture and it somehow turned into confrontational experience- I have no idea what the problem is with their movers. They dragged a heavy dresser on my hardwood floors, and I said “Oh, you have to pick that up or you’ll scratch the floors” (they did in fact scratch the floors) and then, in trying to get a sofa out my porch door, they slid the upholstered arm and wood leg along dirty slate. When I said something, the movers exploded. They started screaming that I had a half hour notice, I wasn’t ready for them - absurd, I’d been ready for them since the prior week. I said, with the sofa, it’s just that it’s a really nice sofa in perfect condition- I’d like someone to benefit from it, I’m not just trying to get rid of it. They were content to destroy very good quality furniture just to make their own job easier, then shout at me in my own home - “You should be grateful we’re here!” It was the craziest escalation I’ve ever seen! Not only did I get no tax receipt, but now I’m concerned that these two men with neck tattoos who stormed angrily from my home might come back...

I was referred here previously by CHN and received very courteous sercice at all times the first time ai used them. This time I went with a refferal but I had to pay for some things myself. I showed up on time for my appointment just like last time waited 10 mims before anyone came to the door. Then another 5 when they finally got me in to shop. And then pretty much rushed me through the shopping process.When I asked about coming back another day I was told no. So I feel like this was a waste of time . plus they didnt have much for me to chose from everything was already tagged as someone else's. My money is non refundable and I didnt find everything that I needed. Not trying to sound ungreatful for the efforts but the goal was not accomplished

Update: I was Contacted by Amy about my problem. She was very understanding and helped fix everything. She really went above and beyond to make sure that our needs were met. I am truly greatful for all of the crews time...

Update from my 2 star review. The manager called to offer a refund on the $30 fee.They charge $30 fee to take items out of the house if you don't want to move them to your garage. They tell you that they will inspect your furniture and decide what they want to take. My sofa, love seat and dining room set didn't make the cut. That's OK another charity was happy to take them. The $30 fee is fine if they carry 8 items as I expected . But $30 to carry 1 item out of the house didn't seem right. I wrote my initial 1 star review and was called by the manager who offered to send me my $30 back. I told him they can keep it after all it's a charity. That is why they get 4 stars and not 2. They should be very clear that the fee will be if they take 1 item or all of you items. I was told that the driver can not make the call on waiving the fee. They should let the driver decide if the fee can be waived. If you can't trust your employees you...
