Needed a cut so i called up to see if i could get in, this was st. Patty's day. The guy (manager?) Said to come at 6 and he would squeeze me in. When i got there he was finishing up another customer which took about a half hour before he came and told me he would be back in 45mins and he would then take care of me. Unsure of why He had to leave i assumed he needed a break of some sort so i just nodded and was gracious to be being seen at all on such a busy day. He left the shop and didn't return for over an hour! And started helping someone else. O and of course all his buddies who strolled in got taken care of real quick by his employees! I Walked out. I was more than patient. Almost 2 hours PATIENT! that was just rude & Unprofessional. Guess you got to be a friend, fam, or regular to come...
Read moreHORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! HONESTLY ONE OF THE ABSOLUTE WORSE BARBERSHOP EXPERIENCES I HAVE EVER HAD. THE BARBER WAS LIKE AN HOUR LATE (FIRST RED FLAG I IGNORED WHEN READING REVIEWS, BELIEVE THE HYPE!) AND IN ADDITION TO THE BARBER NOT BEING PUNCTUAL, HE ALSO DID NOT LISTEN TO AND OR PERCEIVE INSTRUCTIONS VERY WELL AS HE DID NOT CUT MY HAIR THE WAY I SPECIFICALLY ASKED HIM TO AND HE RUSHED MY HAIRCUT AND BASICALLY PUSHED MY HAIRLINE BACK. HORRIBLE ATTENTION TO DETAIL SMH. ON TOP OF THE BARBER BEING LATE AND NOT DOING A GOOD JOB ON MY HAIRCUT, THE PARKING ARRANGEMENT IS ABSOLUTELY ABSURD. I HAD TO PARK AT SOME APARTMENT COMPLEX NEXT DOOR AND THE ENVIRONMENT DID NOT FEEL SAFE/SECURE AT ALL. DEFINITELY WILL NEVER BE BACK TO SEE WALDY THE BARBER. VERY...

No one greeted us as we walked in or even told us how the chairs work. Someone asked after about an hour if we had an appt and I said no we were a walk in. Then watched 4 other walk in (who came in after my son) get a chair before my son. I waited 2 hours and left after another person got a chair while we still sat there waiting. No sure if there is some type of protocol we should have been following but no one told us. And two barbers were sitting in their own chairs. I guess you just walk up and ask them to cut...
