Only getting one star because I can't go any lower. As a new customer, we weren't made a priority. They canceled and changed my delivery date and time twice before calling to reschedule it. Even then, they were late. They also scratched my new fridge up, got paint from my walls onto my fridge, scratched the inside of one of the fridge doors(even though they took the doors off to bring the fridge in), dented it in three spots, and also put a small hole in my dry wall, the delivery guys also asked to borrow my personal tools to use while here for installing the fridge. Called and talked to the company the same day they delivered due to being an hour and a half installing the fridge, had to leave and get my daughter from school and looked the fridge over once we got home. Sent the manager pictures to their personal phone and was told I'd have a call back during next business day and never got a call back. Highly disappointed with this company and working on going through a different company for a fridge. Worst desicion to go through this company! Will NOT recommend to anyone and will continue to let everyone who asks know my poor customer service. Im glad to have everything documented well so I don't get charged for their damages...

Has not gotten me the right dishwasher. I need all black. Whirlpool makes one and they keep trying to give me a GE with a black front but white sides. It does not match my other appliances and I will not pay for something I don’t want. It does me no good if they can’t get me one to match the rest of my appliances. They are collecting payments on a dishwasher that is on loan til they could get mine. The one I have had a bad pump that does not pump the water out. I only tried it once. This needs to be corrected.
