It's much more beneficial to drive to Edwardsville to get my meds. 25% for medical doesnt mean you get to act like because something is on sale that you either get your 25% or the big sale? I knew when I looked at the receipt that for the second time I was being overcharged. The people are friendly in there and the atmosphere is fun, but as far as my finances go, it just doesn't pay to drive 5 minutes to Cookies. Even a drive to Cahokia is more beneficial for my wallet. Quality isn't an issue at Cookies, but as far as Quality does go, I still prefer Edwardsville, collinsville, cahokia compared to pontoon beach. I get it they all go to the same people, or do they? I bumped my review up to 3 Stars because once upon a time I was getting some decent bubble hash from Cookies and the second time I purchased the lady at the register was honest and gave me the 25% off. It was my second time there and my first time getting 25% off. It shouldn't be that way and If i would have failed basic math, I would continue to purchase from Cookies. Maybe it's just the Pontoon Beach location and this review is for that one. I can't judge the entire corp over these issues at the Pontoon Beach location. Like I said, everyone was nice and I am not positive that the guy checking me out was purposely screwing me for my 25% medical but he did and it was twice. Why return? Laziness. Been several times since opening. Love the place but my issues are this 1 overpriced compared to some others in the area. And 2nd and biggest everytime I get something offline is says one THC % then I get the product and get home and 3 out of 4 times the THC percentages have been lower than the website stated they were and not by 2% by about 10% on one cart and then like almost 20% less on another one I bought also online pricing has been different than store on one cart it stated $50 online was $70 instore they honored the $50 though. The staff is so cool, walk in and you’re immediately talking to your buddy you’ve known forever, but I just met. Helped me pick great gifts for my wife and when I got home there was a small mistake with my order, but she was super happy with what we got. I called the next day and let them know the issue. They were polite, they were already aware of the issue and were in the process of fixing it for us. I will definitely be going back and recommending cookies to friends and family.
