Went in with my wife and purchased an iPad and an iPhone for our daughter. Everything went smooth and great and we asked how much first bill would be and salesperson explained everything and told us that we wouldn’t be charged the activation fee. Well the bill came and of course we were charged the 2 activation fees, called att and after 1.5hrs on the phone they finally credited it back. The rep said this happens a lot where the salesperson will say that to make a sale and then leave it up to the customer to call and complain to get it taken off. Read moreI went to the Pontotoc location to pay my phone bill and 2 girls were there and I was told that the kiosk was broken. My daughter asked could they just take her money and they refused. Last month the kiosk wasn't broken and a nice gentleman kindly took my money and did it the old fashioned way. I said girl's because that was unprofessional and a lady wouldn't have turned me away. My daughter preceded to call the Oxford branch and their kiosk was down also and he told her to come on in and he would still take care of her. If you are racist or just don't want to do your job, don't work for the public. You two girls know who you are! Shame on...
