Taco Bell — Restaurant in Pontotoc

This breaks my heart writing this cause I used to love going to TB. They, now, aren't as good. I have to say I have never really had a rude experience with anyone but I have had some odd issues. 3 times now they couldn't make my order. The first time I was told it was too much food to make, even though it was only 12 items. The second time I ordered online and no where on the site did it say they would be closed that day, only to get to the store and find they were closed when they shouldn't have been. That one I can let slide a bit seeing as something could have happened. The 3rd time, I ordered online again and ordered 22 items, only to get there and be told again that it was too much food to make. I can order 2 party packs that equal 24 tacos and they happily give that but it I order 22 items that is too much. It makes no sense. If they are having an issue making the food then there should be a message on the site and/or a sign at the store saying they have to limit the number of items someone can buy. I can understand if I ordered 80 tacos but I only ordered 22 items. There were like 7 people in the drive thru and more inside, I am sure all of that would have added up to well over 22 items. They are also getting to where they don't give you all of your food. They weren't like that in the beginning but now it happens...

So me and my family decided to get taco bell today that did not happen, instead we watched two employees one guy who apprently had an issue with a girl that had pulled up there screamed theb he attempting to attack said girl.and the other employee hold said guy back. Guy was average height brown hair with glasses (attacker) this is 3 o clock tuesday september 6 the other was a younger black guy with braided hair (guy keeping the girl from being attacked) after being pulled into the building by the other employee while screaming and cussing across the parking lot. It went quiet for a few moments so we decided to go inside i was stopped by a employee average height blonde fella told " hey yo our lobby closed bro so we left all the employees were at the door staring at the girl who eventually tried to come into the building and was stopped by another employee i dont know if this girl works there kinda seemed dressed for the part like she was wearing a uniform. Whatever the case maybe with these folks seemed kinda messy and personal but none the less they had the taco bell shut down so im sure the owner enjoys having his business shut down by teenager drama guy at the door was very unprofessional and overall i probably wont be returning to this taco bell and will let everyone know why i wont be for...

I love taco bell, unfortunately this one constantly shifts between awful and decent. It stays more in the awful range than the decent one. I've given them several chances over the years, and I never complain.

After this recent screw up, I've decided I'm done. I won't be back.

Past Thursday night I went through the drive thru. I was the only person. Service was fast. Unfortunately I got charged for food that wasn't actually put in my bag, I didn't get a straw, and the food I did receive was awful.

The one taco I did get was almost empty and tasted like it was left from lunch. Quesadilla was almost all bread. I essentially got charged 9$ for an old empty taco and some bread.

It's sad really. Waited so many years for Pontotoc to get a taco bell, and then we get one that always has some issue: "new employees" "truck didn't come" "its lunch but we're out of shells, meat, cheese, and lettuce. What would you like?" "it's not our fault."

Im looking forward to spending my 9$ next time on another restaurant, where I can expect to actually receive...
