Cato Fashions — Local services in Pontotoc

I'm sharing my review because I am a frequent customer and have always liked the clothes but the service and attitude of the workers were not very courteous. however, I went a couple of weeks ago and the difference was very noticeable. I was waited on by a sweet and patient lady who seemed to really enjoy her job and serving customer needs. I wish I had gotten her name but I do know she was from the Oxford store. The worst service. It was an inconvenience for me to be in there shopping and obviously annoying her. Attendant would ignore me when I asked a question then when I proceeded to ask the same question again, she would cut me off and answer in one word before I got the entire question out. Slammed clothes back on the appropriate racks after they didn’t work for me....

We have some of the prettiest clothes in Pontotoc! Half the store is on clearance right now and those clothes are just as awesome!
