C Spire — Local services in Pontotoc

We came in on Friday to get new lines, the guy offered a coupon for $200 to be applied as a credit towards the new line as a trade-in for the old phone. We got the BOGO, pay 1 and get 1 free, so we decided to get the samsungs s9+ . The credit was applied to the free phone instead of the main line, so we were not getting any benefit but donating a phone.

He called several people to get advised of what it can be done. However, in his version, he does not explain what really happened. He insisted that we want to keep the phone while the main issue was the credit was not applied correctly.

We had to come back, Saturday and Today, just a waste of time. We moved from Verizon and At&t but it seems we haven't got any luck with C-spire.

We would like to give you more stars but after this experience, we can't. The other 2 girls seem to be very knowledgeable and helpful, we hope to have this resolve and not coming back to the store for...
