Don't waste your time. Patrick was our salesman and was fine until the sale, afterward "he gets hundreds of calls a day and can easily miss your call". Going on a year in the house and and have had their repair men out here on several occasions already. 1st the heat didn't work. 2nd there were cracks all throughout the ceiling and what they used to repair was obviously old because we have yellow stripes in our ceiling. 3rd were the gaps and and uneven spots in the flooring. The repair guy said it was cheap osb and thats just how it is. The repair man also said he could jack it up in places to make it better but its significantly worse. 4th was the mold coming from the guest bathroom and bedroom that are never used. Guest bedroom had mold on the trim in the back corner of the house, repair guy called and said they swapped it out but after inspection they just turned trim pieces upside down. Also mold in the bathroom that was supposed to be addressed is back as well. Wish I wouldve looked into this before making a purchase, but that is my fault. After it was too late I happen to come across a lot of people who have dealt with the same problems that my wife and I have had to deal with. I bought my home 2 years ago. It's the worst mistake I've made. I turned in pages of repairs at least 3 times. I turned it in before my warranty was up almost a year ago repairs still have not been done. The repair man made repairs look even worse . He didn't fix them. I've complained about my floors being weak since day one nothing has been done. Shower surrounding wall has come unglued, cabinets that I was told is real wood sticky paper has peeled off , my window leaks, my doors won't shut or stay open along with hundreds of other things. I assure you I didn't purchase a new home. I don't know why I'm paying new home price for a used home. I'm looking into suing. I thought I was buying the best home from Hamilton but I got junk I didn't get my brand new home. I even had to hire someone to go get my refrigerator that was supposed to have been in the home. My fridge is all dented and scratched. If I could send you pictures you wouldn't believe what my "new home" looks like . I don't know if it's Hamilton or pontotoc home center fault but very poor...

Its been 2 years sence we bought a home from them they lied abaout the floor said it was 16 on centers but it ended up being 24 on centers the cabnets are starting to flake and the air conditioner unit on the inside cought on fire lucky we where home to but it out and the celling fan iis starting to hang out of the celling and the lights are flickering and the roof is always having leaks dont buy from this place...
