Not made for 53’ trailers to deliver but guess what? We have to deliver here too. For truckers making deliveries, Pull into the entrance on the NORTH side of the building. It’s the entrance closest to Cardinal lane and stands-alone, separate from the other entrances. If you have a wind guard on your trailer, you are not going to be able to loop around the entire back of the building so pull in and be prepared to back-out onto the busy road behind you with a spotter of course.
You won’t be bumping a dock. They unloaded my trailer using a hand pallet jack and a forklift. It was actually very fast!!! And you have to pay a Lumper fee of $40 per person. My unloading needed 4 helpers so I was charger $160 to be unloaded. They accept Comdata checks which was very helpful. Once you’re done being unloaded, one of the unloaders will stop traffic and spot you so you can head to your next destination. Be safe drivers.
Everyone was friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t suggest you deliver during heavy traffic. But...
Read moreWe love this place. Going to miss it once we move to Florida. We've been out of town for sometime now and today 2/15/2020 we missed Games so much, we had to go. I am so pleased by the customer service that we were given today. Important note here: We've bought bad meats and other items at many different stores. The Owner, Female, handled a situation with utmost professionalism. We bought a pack of Pork Spare ribs, upon getting home, when we opened it, we found it was spoiled. I took it back right away, The owner replaced it and offered a full refund. We will return as often as possible. We LOVE the dried spices and stocked up on them while back here in Hampton before we go back to Florida. I've been shopping at Games for 7 1/2 years now and this was the very first time I have EVER had bad meat. But they handled it right away and corrected it with professionalism. WE LOVE that!!!!! We only wish some stores in Florida, INCLUDING Walmart, were as respectful and courteous as how this was...
Read moreThe store and parking lot are small, which makes it easy to navigate when you have medical conditions. They source from local farmers when possible, then source outside the area. The prices are great. Bell peppers were high, but otherwise all goods were extremely reasonable. They have a huge selection in each department and specialty items. So many soup and bean options. I did notice some hardened soup mixes, be careful of freshness when selecting these goods. They are smaller in the turkey meat, but had plenty of chicken, beef, and pork items. A lot of steak cuts available. The pork and chicken had juices in their packages, so be careful with cross contamination. They have a "hot bar" where you can get ready-to-eat hot food. Cashier staff is friendly, and helpful. The other workers were stocking when I was there and I felt in the way, as if they were more focused on getting their job done than making sure I was...
