If you're coming for gas and a quick lunch this is your place. However CURBSIDE is hit or miss. I am literally changing my 5 star review to a 1 star because in 3 separate occasions no one comes to my vehicle with my order. In one occasion I waited almost 30 minutes for my coffee drink. I had to wake up my son, take him in, only to discover my drink had been sweating behind the counter (and it wasn't even correct) the employee handed it to me without explanation.
I was handed a caramel iced, drink when what I ordered was a frozen cookies and caramel drink. I asked to have it remade and was told certain ingredients were available, but somehow I got the drink with the toppings that someone previously said were unavailable.
And literally today, I waited 15 minutes in my spot, after I've let them know I was there. Only to again, have to drag my son into the store and the employee has placed my CURBSIDE drink in a fridge!!! Again no explanation. So if I hadn't walked in to ask what was going on, my drink would've just been left there in a fridge for who knows how long.
As a parent, with limited time, and children in the car, there's a reason why I order CURBSIDE every time. If no one is available to provide this service, please don't have this option...

It's the delivery drivers fault says the employees/manager with no help or resolve and hangs up on you like a child unable to handle any issues or conflict. Manager Caitlin was disrespectful and takes no accountability for her store consistent pore quality of service, food and missing items (Even with curbside pick up). Driver blames store for not giving them all the food. While store blames driver for not receiving all of the food. Meanwhile as a consumer you are out of the money for said missing item. Everyone gets to wash there hands of the problem. Call the help center just for them to send you an email stating they wolnt give you a full refund for an item that was not given to you.....disgusting customer service is a constant...
Read moreWent in to wawa this evening and ordered a chicken parmesan sandwich. Was never told that they didn't have any sauce until after I paid and was waiting. I overheard the associates tell another customer they are out of sauce. When I inquired they said they are checking and will get back to me. Never got back to Me after numerous times I asked. Needless to say they without asking if I wanted anything different made the sandwich without the sauce. They placed cheese sauce on it instead on top of mozzarella and chicken. The customer service I was provided was horrible. If the associates cannot have consideration for the customers, do their jobs correctly or even communicate properly they should all be fired.
