My daughter scheduled to have her hair curled and make up done for her wedding. She communicated her time frame prior, as did I multiple time during her appointment. Time is an important factor on a wedding day. Guests, minister, and photographer drove around 2.5 hrs to be available for this intimate cabin wedding. Photographer was only available for a three hour slot, due to distance and weather conditions. We finally left the salon after almost 3 hrs. Due to extensive time at salon, my daughter only had 2 hrs left with photographer and 30 minutes to get ready (including pre ceremony bridal photos). My daughter was gracious enough not to speak up. I did not want to upset her on her wedding day, so I remained mostly quiet but repeatedly noted that she was behind. Now, I gave the experience 1 star because her make up was beautifully done and she felt beautiful. I understand the hard work beauticians put into their craft and needs of their clients. With that being said, hair was falling flat and Bobby pins kept sliding out of her hair before we even reached the cabin. My daughter lost an entire hour with her photographer, had to move back the ceremony, and experienced increased stress due to worrying about her hair. Very poor experience that impacted her wedding day. I'm sure staff does nice work but with absolute certainty would not advise this location to be a part of one of the most important days in...

I absolutely LOVE this place. I wish I lived closer. I have been here several times. My color was spot on. Exactly what I asked for and so was the cut! She does an amazing job. My hair never felt healthier either! She's is very educated and continues to stay up-to-date on product. She did my hair for a wedding as well and it was perfect. I went to Hair Connections today for a consultation. Michelle's friendly and professional demeanour is the best as far as customer service goes. I've had such bad experiences over the year's on the Olympic Peninsula when it comes to haircuts and dyes but today's experience made up for all those horrible haircuts. I LOVE my haircut! I have never said that. If you are looking for great service and satisfaction I totally recommend Michelle. FyI my hair is super thick and she gave me exactly what i asked for....
