So lemme tell you a story. Weâre going to start at the beginning while my wife and I were backpacking. No. Weâre skipping a head a bit to the end of a trip. Weâre cold. Weâre tired. Weâre hungry. A few things kept us motivated: looking forward to a warm bed, dry socks, seafood, and most importantly: delicious coffee/tea once we get off the trail.
We stop at a local grocery store (which will remain nameless) and order coffee. LEMME tell you, this coffee was awful. Like one sip and toss it kind of nasty. I have no idea what they thought they were selling but it was horrible.
Disappointed and not looking forward to the drive back to Tacoma empty handed, we turn to good old trusty Google and find Bean Me Up.
My LORD this was the absolute best dirty chai tea Iâve ever tasted. Friendly barista. Quick. Delicious. What more could you want.

We were greeted quickly by a friendly girl with an interesting neck tattoo. (We wanted to look, but didnât want to stare)
Orders placed, husband wanted something not specifically listed on the (Winter?) menu, which we were told would be possible.
Hot drip coffee with cream- very good- just the right strength- not bitter at all.
Huckleberry latte- hot- delicious, not too sweet, well balanced.
Sugar free mocha blended drink (not of the menu)- good! First time finding the sugar free syrup- and delicious!
