We have had several issues with PA Power. After reading through now reviews it seems I'm not the only one who's highly disappointed with them, especially Jason. Here's why my family suggests nobody but your equipment from this place. Save yourself money and problems and go over to Poulsbo or Bremerton! Here's why!!!!

First we bought a seadoo the beginning of the summer and got a letter from BRP that there was a missing component to the machine that was not installed due to covid. I contacted Jason at PA Power and he didn't even realize he sold a machine with such a safety issue. I'm the one that had to get in touch with BRP and have them send the part to Pa Power to fix as Jason had said he had done it but then when I spoke to BRP they had stated they had not heard from Jason what so ever. That is the first issue.

I had also bought a motorcycle helmet that fell onto the ground but only from like half a foot to a foot. But there was a factory fault on the helmet because the laminate paint started flaking off really bad just from that. I brought it into Jason and asked him to see what could be done about an exchange. They had me buy another helmet and in the end they kept the old helmet, didn't refund any money for it, not did they try to exchange it out. So basically I bought 2 helmets and they kept one of them! I had also bought some goggles for riding the seadoo and just putting them on the first time the clip broke. When I tried to return those they had the audacity to state that they felt like they got broken because maybe I possibly wrecked my motorcycle. I called B.S. and they did finally exchange the goggles out but not without being extremely rude about it.

More recently I paid cash for a 2022 Polaris RZR. It has sat outside for the last couple years. Jason said "he had to get the machine off of his lot so that he can get me equipment in". So from 47,999 he said he'd give it to me for 39,999. I thought wow he's really giving me a great deal. Iordered a few things to be put into the machine and a hard cover for the can enclosure which was to be installed free of charge as part of the deal. I'll take it! Except I get it delivered to my house and take it out for the first time. Finding that there are already 3.9 hours and 22 miles on the engine. There are plastics broken, there are issues with getting into and out of various gears, the 4 wheel drive pops out of 4 wheel and into 2 wheel while in the middle of a hill. There are smells of coolant leaking. There are issues with grinding noises, issues with the seats not being able to go on right. Many many issues right away. I took it pa power and told Jason about the issues. They had it for over a month and the only thing they really did was install some of the stuff that I ordered. The top that Jason ordered did not fit and therefore I had to pay 3 grand for a hard top. Jason said he would install as part of the deal still. I get the machine back after a month to find that they installed some of the items but others had not gotten in yet. I take the machine back out to drive and find that is still messing up and nothing was fixed..... even though they had it for a month. I take it right back to them and they have it another week and say they fixed a couple of the things but they can't get it to replicate what I'm telling them it's doing. I take it back and find that is now leaking coolant all over my trailer. I take it back and they fix that right away thankfully. I take it to Tahuya and then the machine really starts making some very concerning noises and vibrations like it's in the gears or drive line. The hard top that i ordered to be put on gets there last week and Jason is out of the office. So his father the owner Mike says they don't think anything is wrong with the machine and they aren't going to install the top that was agreed upon and also that they are done servicing my vehicle ever again and then we had some major words. I finally get Jason on the phone and he's now saying they aren't going to work on my vehicles. These people are liars...

They will try to rip you off on prices for a new bike, parts, maintenance. I've given them several chances and never had a good experience shopping there. Gave them a reasonable offer for an older bike, they had it marked up $1700 more than other shops in the seattle area. Even though it had a dealer rebate. They LIED and said it didn't, even though I called yamaha to confirm. They wanted to charge me another hour of labor for replacing a throttle cable when I had them sync the carbs on my bike...you have to remove the throttle cable to sync the carbs anyway. What a ripoff. When I confronted them about it they acted like I didnt know what I was talking about. I also heard from several friends that they get terrible interest rates on loans. I had a friend tell me that even though he was making payments, it still showed up as a hit on his credit. Might not be the fault of PA power, but I would go to a more reputable place with better working relationships with creditors.

Overall, their attitude sucks, and they seem to think they don't need to have good customer service because they are the bigger one of only two bike...

Friendly staff and great place to find gear a lil high priced for bikes, utvs, and quads. Has a great saw shop here where they qarrentee their work and make sure it done fast correctly and lowest price possible will keep going back for my logging supplies and saw repairs when needed.....now to the power sport side I do not recommend them I'll stick to brothers honda in bremerton went to get a can am 90 quads for my kids called ahead of going up there was quoted 3495.oo out the door by Jason the so called owner of pa power and when we got there he said I'm sorry it's a extra 500 then what I said I didn't add sales tax well being a commercial sales manager myself when I quote a customer a price I have to honor that price and he refused to honor it saying he didn't quote me that price and I have witnesses that can vouch for that they a shady and crooked and I will not personally do business with the power sorts side of pa power ever again I give that side a -5 * and to top it off jason isn't the owner Mike and Suzy is so he's lieing to customers jason should be fired on the spot that poor...
