Had a horrible stay from 06/06/24 - 06/09/24 first things first. Is the elevator issues works when it wants. And. When it doesn't. Me and my family stayed. In room 203. A/C didn't work correctly our whole stay , we reached out. To office. And. It seems. That " JESSICA. " the office assistant was getting frustrated with us complaining but for the amount of money that we paid to rent that condo for you would. Think you can get. Better service. Thermostat was set. At. 70 and. Temperature in the room was climbing up all the way to 75 ,76deg. The maintenance tech came and. Told us. Something could be wrong. And if it continues to to that , that he will let the office. Know. We'll we saw Tyler. The maintenance guy let him know what was going. On. Then JESSICA office. Lady said that some owners have the ac set to a certain temp . But. If. They are comfortable with that temp that doesn't mean it's going to be comfortable for anyone else. . We couldn't even cook in there because. It. Felt better outside. Cause of the heat 🥵 that was in the condo. We had to go spend more money to eat out. Cause we couldn't utilize the kitchen that we rented with the condo at the end. They sent a contracted ac guy to come see that he couldn't disclose any info about the maintenance check . I have been in the INDUSTRIAL AND RESIDENTIAL AC SYSTEMS FOR YEARS. AS THE FREON WASNT SWEATING OR COLD. DUE TO LOW OF FREON. Line wasn't freezed up but was dry As a bone. MEANING lack of. FREON. They gave us. A 150.00 credit back but it's not. Worth. All the money we paid. For to rent the condo . And to keep our mouth shut . Over all bad place to stay pool was dirty. We stayed at La Mirage Condominiums during their soft opening. The property offers fully equipped 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms, many of which are beachfront condominiums with high-speed Wi-Fi, laundry rooms, living and dining areas, and kitchens. The property has a very friendly staff, two spacious pools with an expansive sun deck at each, two relaxing hot tubs in the pool area, and a splash pad for the kids. In addition to the pool area, the courtyard also offers fun sports courts and access to the private boardwalk to the beach in Port Aransas. Although the resort is not located right in town, I still love it because it allows you to enjoy a beach experience with fewer crowds.

Unit 232 was a beautiful recently renovated and modern condo at La Mirage. The 3-bedroom apartment offered breathtaking ocean views. The open kitchen concept allowed me to enjoy the water view while making our family’s Thanksgiving dinner! We appreciated how close the unit was to the beach. The unit was equipped with all the kitchen amenities, a beautiful walk-in shower in the master bathroom, a nice tub for the kids to soak in, and comfortable polywood chairs on the balcony where I enjoyed many morning coffees watching the sunrise and hearing the waves. Before you read know that I talked to the front desk twice about these issues during our stay and was told they put in a work order( for the fan and outlets) but no one ever came to fix it. I was told all of the other problems they could do nothing about. We were offered no compensation or solutions. We stayed in room 112 for 4 nights. The stars are really for the location of the condos, the pools, the AC and the comfortable beds. Here’s the list of reasons, in no particular order, why we won’t be back: rusted out grill on back porch, disgustingly dirty grills provided by condos that are set in a location which looks like you are cooking under a bridge, our unit smelled of mold, elevator was broken so we had to lug our things upstairs, master bedroom fan motor went out and was unusable , outlets in both bathrooms did not work, gross AC drain pipe dripping into master bathroom shower from ceiling, outlet on patio didn’t work, kitchen was not fully equipped as advertised, front door had a permanent puddle in front of it due to lack of drainage and it took dryer 5 cycles to...
