Hermy's Triumph Parts Department — Local services in Port Clinton

Been dealing with Hermy's for a long time starting out many, many years ago buying Italian Dell'Orto carburetors and carb parts from them!

But ever since I bought my Triumph Sprint ST 955 Motorcycle and not having a local or even close Triumph dealer Hermy's gets my parts ordering business and if they were closer they would get my service business also, But again since no close dealers to Me I have learned to work on my bike although been around Bikes (Plus having and owning over 80 plus vintage bikes of various brands!) all my getting old life so working on any Bike comes natural to Me!

They have great parts prices and super fast shipping and a very knowledgeable staff when you need help and there always there for you no matter where you bought your Bike from!...They treat you like Family!

To who concerns, Minutes ago a picked up my order # 16467623 from the post office that you sent to me and when I opened I saw two main harnesses one that is according with the one that I ordered and other one with a nasty message attached. I am sending a photo in the attachment were shows what I am referring to. Please could you clarify why I received it; I am dismayed with this action because I have been a customer of yours since my first bought in 2015-2016 until today and I've been respectfully with you and your company every time. I want to be honest with you, please let me know how could I sent you back this extra main harness and which postal service do you want me to use. Thank you for your prompt send.

I don't post reviews but for Hermy's, I'm making an exception. I have a Triumph dealer 10 minutes from my house (Fox Powersports in Grand Rapids, MI). When I call their parts department, it goes straight to voicemail. If I go in person, I stand in line because they have 1 person working the counter. If I want to spend some money, the last thing I want to do is spend an hour waiting in line or waiting for a return call.

I needed some parts and looked up the part number and ordered from Hermy's. I get the part in about a week from ordering it. I get the parts for the right price in a THIRD of the time of my local Triumph dealer, which still blows my mind.

Hermy's is getting all my business in the future. I don't even bother with the local clowns anymore. THANK...
