Dollar General — Local services in Port Orford

Pretty good in a pinch for a chain that has false advertising right in its name, almost nothing is a dollar and most things are way overpriced. There's only one other large market in town but in my experience dollar general's no matter where they are have inflated prices for impulse/lazy shoppers. Recommend, like almost everything on the Oregon Coast, just going 25 miles or so up or down the road to get a real dollar store and or supermarket with reasonable prices. If I was a local I'd just go to the Walmart at Coos Bay once a month and avoid this place and the other large market in town altogether. I like the staff for the most part. There is one male staff that is always is unclean clothes and outside talking to his friends rather than helping when the register is busy especially if there is a brand new person in training. I love shopping here, and would more often except there's one manager that seems to always have an attitude whenever we go there.
