All of the coaches have pushed me and motivated me to accomplish workouts and weights I never thought I would conquer. Its officially been 5 weeks that I've been attending classes at CrossFit Tradition and I must admit, between the coaches, their awesome programs, and my peers Im hooked.    Read moreI had my first Crossfit session with Kristina and it was a fantastic experience. As someone new to a CrossFit gym, I was a bit nervous, but she was incredibly welcoming, informative, and helpful right from the start.
What really stood out to me was how detailed she was with every explanation. Kristina didn't just show me the exercises; she took the time to thoroughly break down each movement, explaining proper form, which muscles I should be feeling, and the purpose behind it all. The positive vibe/music was exactly what I needed and she made it enjoyable.
