I stopped by Town Jewelers II because I was starting the planning of proposing to my girlfriend. I knew two things at first; 1.) I didn't want to go to a big box jewelry store, and 2.) I really didn't know what I was doing.

Anthony taught me all the aspects about engagement rings and what I needed to look for in a quality piece. He had zero pressure about if I wanted to look at other jewelry stores and was not trying to corner me into buying a ring from him. He was very welcoming and I could tell he wanted to take care of me without pushing me in a certain direction. These qualities in businesspeople are becoming harder to find, but I am certainly glad I found Anthony.

My line of work is unique where I am working on ships at sea for months at a time. I went to sea shortly after meeting Anthony for the first time, so the rest of the planning was done via phone calls and texting. He worked after regular hours and on days off to ensure I got exactly what I wanted and in the timeframe that I needed. He delivered every promise that was made and gave me a ring that I will forever be proud of.

Anthony truly cares about his customers and takes great pride in his work. I have zero regrets about going in to see him and I will return for any/all of my jewelry needs. For anyone still reading this review my fiancé said yes and absolutely loves the ring.

I was completely amazed and blown away. The staff is beyond friendly and they treat you like you are family. They told me from the moment I walked in that it would take some time to work on my jewelry and they kept me informed throughout the entire process. They called me as soon as my jewelry was ready. I am the type of person who always goes on line to review companies before I use them. My daughter was in desperate need to get her ring sized urgently and I did not have time to review this company. I made a phone call and Anthony picked up the phone with the best attitude and professional speaking voice which made me feel at ease. I decided to just take the ring to him to have it repaired. When we walked into the store, we were greeted with the biggest smile ever, which was very genuine. We knew right away that he was Anthony. He looked at the ring and promised to have it sized at the end of the day. As promised, we picked it up at the closing of the end of the day.
